From screenplays to picture books, Sadie’s overactive imagination literally knows no limits! Sadie is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators, currently being mentored by the Society’s Board of Advisors’ Esther Hershenhorn in the preparation of her first children’s book Rainbow Rascals for publishing.

Sadie was one of three writer-performers working with Caryn Mandabach Productions on The Del Vecchios. In 2011 she was commissioned to co-write her first sitcom, Miss Adventure, by Greenhouse Films. She has co-written two screenplays, Scrambled Eggs and Squidge, & is currently co-writing her third screenplay with her sister, Amy Shroff. She also co-writes a musical comedy double-act with RTHK‘s Jonathan Douglas in Hong Kong.

Sadie won Best Use of New Media at the Broadcast Awards for her pioneering web-drama Dinner Party TV, which she devised, wrote and performed for Channel4.com. The series went on to win the E-Rose at the Rose D’Or Television Festival & Sadie was profiled as a creative entrepreneur on Channel 4.

Sadie was shortlisted for Best Newcomer at the Vancouver Global Comedy Festival for her one-woman stage show Faces. She was a BBC Talent winner for sketch writing & performance with Sack The Writer. She has worked closely with legendary film director Robert Young as both a writer & performer on TV & film projects, including Living In A Box, Miss Adventure, Roadies & Scrambled Eggs.

Having been a partner in Esther Rantzen‘s media company Blue Reef Entertainment, in 2009 Sadie formed Sadie Kaye TV as a brand to produce independent documentaries – including Sailing Miss Sadie, Tucker’s Luck, Wild Horses & two successful series of ’3 Minute Wonders’ for Channel 4. She is currently developing entertainment projects with Phil Campbell, lead guitarist of rock band Motorhead.

She has co-developed original factual & light entertainment projects with award-winning production companies & broadcasters including Patient Zero Productions, Maverick TV, North One, Endemol, ITV, H&C, Channel 4, Caryn Mandabach Productions, Endboard TV, Will Ferrell’s Funny Or Die, Sky NewsThe Media Trust/ Community Channel, Greenhouse Media, France 3, HBO & the BBC.

In 2011, Sadie had an article published in The Celebrity Cookbook, which raised over £1M for The Prince’s Trust & broke records for the fastest selling cookbook in the UK.
