Sadie sponsors Luke to train in USA & Spain

Sadie sponsored her Prince’s Trust mentee, ‘Lucky’ Luke Tucker, to travel to America to train as an apprentice horse whisperer at the Californian home of ‘horse whisperer’ legend Monty Roberts. Monty was the inspiration for the Robert Redford movie The Horse Whisperer. He also starred in a BBC documentary The Man Who Listens To Horses.

Naturally Sadie needed an excuse to join Luke in sunny California, so she selflessly decided to film his madcap misadventures for a TV documentary, Tucker’s Luck, currently airing on Sky TV’s Horse & Country Channel (Sky 280). Sadie also sponsored Luke to train with Susannah Armstrong in Spain, as well as fixing it for Luke to hang out with charismatic living polo legend Carlos Gracida & his son Carlitos (pictured above) at the Polo Gold Cup in Cowdray Park.
