Writer

    Sadie has devised & written original comedy and entertainment series for broadcasters including the BBC, Comedy Central, RTHK & Channel 4. She received commendations at the UK Broadcast Awards & Rose d’Or Television Festival for comedy series Dinner Party. She won a BBC Talent competition for sketch series Sack the Writer. She’s worked as a writer & development producer for BBC Fiction Lab and Channel 4 Comedy Lab. She’s currently writing/ developing screenplays for London film company Greenhouse and a writer/ producer/ presenter for Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK).

    Sadie’s first foray into children’s books The Wishing Machine was published on Halloween 2014. The book is on sale via booksellers, including Waterstones, Foyles, Blackwell’s, Dymocks & Amazon. Her second children’s novel Mutt Crackers is in development with Hachette. She was a contributor in the 2012 Celebrity Cookbook, which raised funds for The Prince’s Trust. In 2010 she had a humorous poem Rainbow Rascals published in Highlights for Kids magazine. She’s editor of Brainstorm.
