Diwali Deliveries for Refugees!
The month of Diwali saw Home Kong Kitchen collect and donate clothes and shoes to the homeless, migrants in need and refugees. The clothes were mostly donated by our generous volunteers in the Indian community and inspired by the customs of Diwali. But they were so appreciated by our homeless friends that we have decided to make collecting and redistributing second-hand clothes and shoes to homeless adults and refugee kids part of our core mission. We are now running Home Kong Clothing Exchange in parallel with our food deliveries. If you would like to donate, please get in touch!
HKK makes donating easy. All you have to do is register and we will collect your donation from your home or workplace! Thank you for supporting Home Kong’s homeless! 🥰
