Ha! I’m apparently Hong Kong’s Most Dedicated Mental Health Advocate 2025. Or it could be a typo and I’m actually Hong Kong’s Most Deluded Mental Health Advocate? Yeah, that makes sense. Typo or not, I’m very grateful to those responsible and to everyone who’s given me a platform to rant and muse about mental health! I’ve always been a dedicated follower of passion and that’s something worth celebrating.
