Mental Health and the Arts Talk at HKAPA
What an honour to have been invited to speak as an ambassador for Mind HK about mental health, film and the arts alongside the multi-talented Kate Sullivan to students at the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts! Kate’s short film, The Lines in my Head was screened at the event. The event was moderated by the lovely Tiff and so much fun. Thanks to everyone who joined us and made it happen!
I also had the joy of contributing as a panelist and an ambassador to Mind HK’s summer exhibition Listen to the Beat along with all these lovely people! 🥰

Early bird tickets for Mind HK’s Hong Kong Mental Health Conference 2025 are now on sale! Don’t miss your chance to be inspired by an incredible line-up of mental health professionals! The conference will be followed by a Wellbeing Festival Nov 8. 🕊️
