Mind HK 2025 Exhibition
I will be one of the Mind HK ambassadors taking part in the charity’s August 2025 exhibition at Our Gallery in Wan Chai. Last year’s Here and Now exhibition at the 3812 Gallery was epic! This one is called Listen to the Beat. The exhibition features five zones of interactive experiences, exploring emotions through audio, video, letters and artworks by mental health ambassadors. My contribution is a handwritten letter. (The last time I wrote anything by hand was 1998 so good luck deciphering it!!) I’ll also be sharing my story in a panel chat on opening day from 3.30-5pm.
