Mingled Voices 7 launched!

Mingled Voices 7 launched at the Proverse Spring Reception at the Helena May last week. I received places for my poems, including Imagine Nation, in the 2022 Proverse Poetry Prize anthology and my 14 year old nephew Kaz’s photograph ‘Hong Kong Storm‘ was chosen as the book’s cover! This is the most exciting publishing news to hit my family since my poodle, Mojo, had his short tail published in the Women in Publishing Society‘s anthology Imprint 21. Who will be next? My goldfish or the gecko that lives behind my TV cabinet? 🤣

Thanks to Proverse for publishing my work and inviting me to read Tidal Slave at the event! As usual, the readings and talks by Proverse Prize finalists were poignant and absorbing. Entries for the 2023 Proverse Prize and Proverse Poetry Prize open 7 May!
