Talking Bipolar in the SCMP!

Thanks to the SCMP for publishing this article in which I talk bipolar symptoms and causes on Friday! This was my second contribution to an article by Anthea Rowan and it was lovely to reconnect! It also reminded me Bipolar Hong Kong is ten years old! That’s a DECADE of support groups in Starbucks without any of us buying a coffee. 🤣
