Transference: A Bipolar Love Story Finalist at Anatolia International Film Festival!
Some great news for our film! Transference: A Bipolar Love Story, which I co-produced with Contro Vento Films and Mental Ideas has been selected as a finalist in the Best Drama Feature Film category by the 2020 International Anatolia Film Festival in Turkey! (Hopefully this is the only context in which “Transference” and “Turkey” are EVER mentioned in the same sentence! 🤣) We find out if we’ve won this weekend, but it’s an honor to have got this far!
We are still hoping the film will be screened at the postponed New York Socially Relevant Film Festival in September and Arizona International Film Festival in October. The film has also been selected for the Buenos Aires International Film Festival. It is being distributed by 1091 Pictures.
